Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

Full Colours Shirts aims to process and despatch your orders as quickly as possible once your payment has been verified.

We want to support our local Post Office and so we will send out your orders by Royal Mail Second Class Post.
If you are not in to receive the parcel the post office will leave a card detailing how you can collect it. Royal Mail do indicate on their website that if you live in some areas of Scotland or in some of our island communities you may have to wait a bit longer
Please check the Royal Mail website if you think that you might be affected. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order and, therefore, it is important that this address is accurate. If you are ordering an item as a gift for a friend or relative we can ship the goods to an alternative address for your convenience and email the invoice directly to you.
We use cardboard boxes which are made using 80% recycled materials and are fully recyclable, reusable and biodegradable and cushion our products in shredded paper which is also biodegradable and recyclable. European and Worldwide prices.
